The interior is finished in sustainable wood, your choice of either birch, oak, maple, or cherry. The wood interior gives a warm feel and smells great.
Windows and door are made by Internorm (Austria) which applies the highest sustainability standards in its fabrication process. Triple-pane efficiency means you never get condensation on the interior, excellent for acoustics and privacy.
The exterior is clad in sustainability-harvested local Ontario Cedar.
Studios are fully wired. There are two electric receptables and ceiling lights. Using a WiFi relay will let you amplify the signal from your house.

While the studios deliver an improved work from home experience, this initiative delivers back to the community by dedicating 100% of net profits to Habitat for Humanity Greater Ottawa.
We are proud to support a great local organization that is doing the important work of addressing the critical need for social housing.
